Villa Lux services come with all villas
The Villa Lux organisation is on stand-by during your entire stay assuring you will get the most out of your stay at our Villas.
Transportation
As an option, Villa Lux can arrange a car to collect you at Chania International Airport and will take you there upon departure. Optionally Villa Lux can put you in touch with a car rental company offering discounts to Villa Lux customers.
Cleaning Services
Villa Lux will prepare your villa in a spotless manner with our professional and complimentary cleaning service. Villa Lux will deliver your villa clean and ready and will return it back to the original state after your departure. Villa Lux provides one clean and bed linen change every four days. Bed linen and towels are of course provided for free as part of the clean. If needed, Villa Lux can arrange additional cleaning and bed linen changing services at EUR 50 per extra cleaning shift.
Relaxation Services
Villa Lux has contacts with professional massage and spa therapists arranging 'relaxation on demand' for our guests. Treatments include relaxing massage treatments available in different packages as well as other related spa services such as foot massages or manicures. A list of all services with current prices can be found in the local information brochure in your accommodation.
Concierge Services
Villa Lux has an appointed Villa Manager who will take care of your every need. Your Villa Manager is reachable by phone day and evening taking care of your requests and questions.
Check in
Normally villas are rented on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, but you are more than welcome to make inquiries with other check-in and -out week days.
Check in at 15.00 and check out at 11.00 - for inquiries about check in/out please contact the manager.
Shopping
If you are arriving late you can send us a list of items you wish to be purchased for you and they will be placed in the accommodation. You will only be charged for the cost of the items.
Meal ordering
For those arriving late we can email you with a local menu for simple meals and pizza so you can chose and we will arrange for it to be delivered at the time you state.
Payment and deposit
We normally charge a deposit of 40% when making a reservation. The rest of payment must be paid 3 weeks before arrival.Payment is to be made using direct payment, bank details will be provided once the booking has been made. It is not possible to pay in cash unless it is a Last Minute booking.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Credit Cards at any time.
