The Stone Houses are three modern holiday villas designed in Greek style
by the famous Greek architect George Valludakais and located on the
hilltop with a fantastic panorama view of the Kalathas bay.
The three beautifull Stone Houses are beachfront holiday villas on a
5000 square meter plot located in the Katathas area in Crete very close
to the beautifull city of Hania and it's international Hania airport.
Each villa has a luxury private swimming pool and all the modern
facilities you can possibly think of only 5-8 minutes walk to the
nearest beach.All The Stone Houses are equipped to accommodate up to
6 guests per villa.
Each of the three Stone House Villas is 150 square meters and features a
spacious air-conditioned livingroom, a luxury open kitchen with full
equipment including a stocked ice-making American refrigerator. The
livingroom of each villa is equipped with a full entertainment system
including modern plasma television, 800 satelite channels, dvd player
and wireless-internet. The cozy fireplace in the livingroom makes a
perfect place to enjoy your Greek wine at nighttime.
The majestic airconditioned master bedroom in each Stone House Holiday
Villa is appointed on the first floor level with plasma televisions and
dvd entertainment system, a private bathroom including a shower and
private toilet. Each Stone House Holiday Villa has three double
airconditioned two-person bedrooms with plasma televisions and dvd
entertainment system and private bathrooms with private toilets and
showers appointed on the ground floor level.
All villas have washing and drying machines, cleaning and household
services included so you don't have to worry about a thing while
enjoying beautiful Crete.
Each Stone House Holiday Villa has it's own private lap pool from where
you can enjoy the Greek sun and the fantastic panorama view of the
Kalathas bay. Each of the Stone House Villas has it's own swimmingpool
and jacuzzi, and enough private outdoor space to enjoy your greek wine
and food while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor teak dinning sets and
sunloungers.
The Stone House Holiday villa Complex consists out of three private
holiday villas wich have a shared proffesional Tenniscourt where you can
enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends.
The Stone House villas are beachfront, you will find the bay of Kalathas
only 500 meters away. The beaufifull bay of Tersanas lies only 1,5
kilometers away. At the Tersanas Bay you'll find beaufiful golden sandy
beaches and a small traditional greek taverna situated directly at the
waterside. The famous beach from the 'Zorba The Greek' movie is only 4
kilometers from the Stone House Villas. The short ride to the 'Zorba
Beach' in Stavros leads through the narrow streets of the beautifull
mountains of Kalathas.
Only 5 kilometers from the villa you will find the charming city of
Kolupidiana with big stores for your shopping needs. Kolupidiana has
banks with ATM machines, a pharmacy and a wide selection of restaurants.
The Stone House Villas are located only 250 meters to the nearest
grocery store and another 100 meters to the greek taverne Hardemar in
the village of Kalathas.
