Each villa Thea offers 3 bedrooms (one upstairs and
the rest two on the lower floor on the pool level with direct pool
exit), 3 en-suite bathrooms and a great open plan living room, dining
room and kitchen. All the rooms are equipped with air-condition. Each bedroom offers a 32 inch flatscreen TV, whereas in the lounge a 42 inch flat TV with DVD is offered. Tennis and basketball court are also offered. Every villa Thea offers a wonderful courtyard with magnificent sea views, and a lovely mixture of wood and lava with luxury baboo outdoors equipment. An excellent private pool with great sea views is offered in the courtyard of every villa with direct entrance from the two of the three bedrooms of every villa. Moreover, a door leads from the open plan lounge to a unique balcony with two sofa beds and an exterior sitting table. The guests may also go for swimming in the nearby sandy beach of Kalathas (200 m away).  On the ground floor there are a spacious living room (with fireplace, fine sofa corner, 42 inch LCD TV), dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen in an open plan design. Big refrigerator and electric kitchen, dishwasher, big microwave, boiler, toast makers, and coffee filter are offered. A door leads from the open plan living room to a wondreful balcony with exterior sitting table and sofas, as well as panoramic sea views above the pool. Each villa offers a bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom and private balcony) on the first floor, and two bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms and direct exit to the pool) and washing machine on the pool floor. A breakfast corner and a pergola are also offered next to the main entrance of every villa. |
